Hello everyone!
As admins, sometimes we get stumped by which way to progress the community and group. Sometimes an issue is so big and influential it's sometimes best to include the opinion of those who would be directly affected by proposed admin changes. So here's how it comes down.
Summary of the issue: As admins we were talking about separating XMen from DCU or evolving with DCU because the management is essentially the same, there's no real difference in it. The players are different which is where we want to include players (your) feedback to those it would directly affect. So we've broken down the options below.
DCU/XMen will change (eventually) from XMen to [MCU]
The two options are in bold and red.
Staying with DCU -Activity policy still remains in tact. -For Activity you could have a personal/private DC/Marvel crossover and it would count. -Skype group chat will be diverse between MCU and DCU players. -Friends are condensed and you don't have to be torn between one group of friends and another.
Separating from DCU -DCU can focus on DC stuff. -MCU can focus on Marvel stuff. -Activity policy will be adopted from DCU and custom fit for Marvel. -Current Character limit is subject to change. (Slightly) -A new/changed admin staff (Bruce/Charles will still be the lead coordinator) -A new skype group. -Allied agreement between [DCU] and [MCU]
Results Will be revealed May 29th at Midnight (Sunday at 11:59pm EST,) today is the 22nd of May, in case the Sunday confuses you.

As i said i think a compromise makes some sense.
Keep the groups separate so that one does not end up dominating the other, but maintain a common area for social interaction.
